With over eighteen years of coaching experience with children of all ages, George set out on a new challenge in 2016 to start up Little Sports Heroes with his business partner Robbie Fiorini.
George envisioned creating a work environment where staff innovation is welcomed and nurtured. By instilling this faith into the team, LHA was able to grow through the creativity of each staff member involved. This helped George adopt his nickname of the “nobody”, refusing to take credit for what he has created.
Inspired by his upbringing and love for sports and business, George set out with two main goals.
The first was to provide a company culture where staff feel appreciated, safe and loved for who they are.
The second was “At Little Sports Heroes, our vision is to create a community of healthy children. As a company, we understand that there are enormous benefits to participating in sport and maintaining an active lifestyle”
